Let go.
Exhibition for SENS eRecycling.

Let it go ... ! As part of the annual campaign designed by Suan for SENS eRecycling "Let go! – Reuse recyclable materials instead of wasting them", the informative exhibition in the recycling container was created in collaboration with Layercake. The second station of the exhibition – at the Olma 2022 – was even visited by the Federal Council.

The aim of the exhibition and the accompanying cross-media campaign is to show how electronic waste is recycled. The declared aim of Sens eRecycling is to close the knowledge gap in the population on the subject of eRecycling. The highlight of the campaign is the container exhibition, which was on display at Olma, Switzerland's largest public trade fair.

The mobile exhibition took place in a recycling container and offered visitors a look behind the scenes of the value creation cycle. Rusty container walls and bright graphics on 3D elements create a sensory contrast that combines recycling and modern education. Informative facts about recycling processes with illustrative material, a waist-high 3D cordless screwdriver made of cardboard on which visitors can immortalize themselves and the virtual reality stand provide insights into the actual recycling process and invite visitors to join in. Federal Councillor Ignazio Cassis was not the only one to visit the exhibition and was impressed. The stand had an above-average number of visitors. The competition on the console alone attracted 2000 participants and 15,000 chocolate coins were distributed.

I thank you for this great work. It not only looks beautiful but also conveys what we want to say with our campaign "Let go!" NANDO ERNE, HEAD OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION, SENS ERECYCLING

Social Media

In addition to the exhibition, the campaign content was distributed across various social media platforms. The flexible design with the font created for the campaign and the produced images allows for a variety of post variations and increases recognition. SENS’ social media channels form the core of the campaign. Over the past few years, these have been increasingly engaged in order to create a strong community. It is thanks to this community that the campaign has performed so well for a very focused topic. The community building was coordinated together with the partner agency Dreifive in Zurich. The moving image scenes and the image films were created by filmmaker Till Gmürr from Lucerne.

Media

Various giveaways have been developed for the exhibition. On the one hand, foldable VR glasses that allow visitors to take a look behind the scenes of eRecycling from home. On the other hand, chocolate coins in copper, gold and silver, which picked up on the theme of metals that have already been recycled. Other giveaways included various posters, each showing an electrical appliance in its individual parts and explaining the recyclable materials it contains, as well as a themed quartet for children and the comic book "Lila and Tim" created for Sens. The presentation also included the "Klartext Solar: Electricity from photovoltaics" forum with seven interesting presentations. Suan designed all the media and give-aways in print and online.

Web design

To provide interested parties with further information about the exhibition and the topic of eRecycling afterwards, a landing page for the campaign was created, which is integrated into the SENS website.
