Team event in Feldis.
On June 17, the SUAN team was not to be seen in the office as usual. Instead, they were found in colorful sports gear on Güterstrasse that morning. The destination was Feldis, more precisely a ski cabin in the village of the same name in Graubünden. There they wanted to exchange ideas, experience nature, enjoy the good food and put their heads together. Lea, the hostess, who the team still remembers well from her internship, warmly welcomed the group and brought them scrumptious delicacies.
Soon the terrace was declared a creative space and the outside of the cabin was covered with post-its and posters. The team was not only allowed to help shape their own brand strategy during this weekend. In the employer branding workshop, each member was also given a voice and thus room to help shape the strategy and team spirit at SUAN, from the inside out. In between, a balmy and fun summer evening that let everyone take a deep breath and recharge for a few hours.
After a few small dares, several panaché and a lot of fresh air, the group started the descent the following day satisfied. They almost ran out of time, because besides walking, there were also photos, games and some amusing quips going on. They were all the happier when they finally floated back down into the valley on the Rhäzuns-Feldis cable car.
